Where to Find Me
(In-Person or in Your PJs)
Whether you prefer sinking into a dedicated office chair or logging on from your favorite spot on the couch, therapy should meet you where you actually are.
Telehealth — The Virtual Couch
For parents, busy workdays, and those who don't have the bandwidth to commute across town or deal with rush-hour traffic.
Where: Anywhere you have privacy and a stable Wi-Fi connection across Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Eau Claire, and every small town in between).
The "Park the Car" Rule (Clinical & Legal Boundary): You must be stationary in a private, secure location during our session. No driving, commuting, or operating vehicles. If you’re behind the wheel—even hands-free or sitting at a red light—we cannot hold the session, and we will need to reschedule. Your safety and focus come first.
How: Secure, HIPAA-compliant video link delivered straight to your inbox before each session.
What you need: Come as you are. Wear whatever is comfortable, close the door, grab a mug of coffee or tea, and settle into a quiet, private space where you won’t be overheard or interrupted.
In-Office — Away from It All
For when you want to leave the house, step away from the laundry pile, and do the work face-to-face in a quiet, neutral space.
